a5c7b9f00b Bryan Mills, the retired CIA agent, stopped at nothing to save his daughter Kim from Albanian kidnappers. The father of one of the kidnappers has sworn revenge and takes Bryan and his wife hostage during their family vacation in Istanbul. Bryan enlists his daughter to help them escape. Two years after the horrible incident when a ruthless ring of Albanian human traffickers abducted his young daughter, Kim, the former-CIA agent, Bryan Mills, is on a personal mission to reinvigorate his relationship with his ex-wife, Lenore, and to live a normal life. However, when the family reunites in Istanbul, the ghosts of the past will resurface,Murad–the Balkan criminal kingpin and pained father whose son was killed by Mills' hand–is set on a bloody revenge. Can Bryan with his very particular set of skills help himself and his family make it out alive this time? Here we go again with Liam Neeson's ex-wife and daughter in peril from very mean Albanians. This time, Neeson is in Istanbul, Turkey, when the father of one of the guys he killed in the first film gathers his flock of gangsters to kill Neeson. His family happens to be there, and so, he must rescue them from the evil villains. Nothing new in this go round, but Liam makes the ninety two minutes go by briskly, and in spite of his extremely annoying offspring, I was able to tolerate the spoiled brat and just sit back and laugh at the adventure. Leave your brain at the door and have some fun watching the big Irishman having a grand old time. This movie made me feel confused, not from the plot but from the purpose of it.

The first movie was a great little thriller, introduced us to a world of sex traders who kidnap ex special agent Liam Neeson's daughter. This set up the thrilling and entertaining story that ensued. The first film also gave us a gritty view of beautiful Paris. The story and characters had substance, a purpose and we cared for them.

Therefore, did Taken 2 tarnish the reputation of the decent first installment and take the story too far? Should it have left it alone or should it have tried harder and taken it even further to dazzle us???

The theme for the second one is revenge. The relatives of all the people Liam killed in the first one are out for blood and want to kidnap Liam, Famke and Maggie this time, and bury them in their local town.

So they go to all the trouble (or no trouble at all - about three scenes worth of tracking) and eventually catch up with Liam and Family in Istanbul (whilst the over-protective Liam is on a security job for a rich Arab…hmm, not quite the smart, over-protective father after all!)

Anyway, they easily kidnap Liam and Famke, but leave him tied to a pipe with cable ties and a mobile phone (which they forgot to frisk him for!)

So, the clichéd inevitable happens and Liam breaks free, right after having a lengthy phone call to his daughter and give her directions to find him and give him a gun!!!

Liam then 'relatively safely' gets his daughter to the US embassy and goes back for his wife and easily takes out these 'useless bad guys'.

He even tries to reason with the bad guy and gives him a chance to stop hunting for him. But the bad guy tries to kill Liam so he manages to stick his head in a coat hanger. (Oh yeah, before that the bad guy mentions he also has two sons who will also want revenge too!!!)

Let me guess Taken 3????? I hope not, lets just remember the first one for its greatness and with the second one, you can take it or leave it, I would suggest the latter!!! None of it is particularly novel or exciting. Retired CIA operative Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) invites ex-wife Lenore "Lennie" (Famke Janssen) and their teenage daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) to spend a few days in Istanbul with him. Things go bad when Bryan and Lennie are abducted by Murad Krasniqi (Rade Serbedzija), the leader of the ring of Albanian sex traffickers who kidnapped Kim and her friend Amanda (Katie Cassidy) a few years earlier. This time, however, it is Kim who must find and rescue her father so that he can do the same for Lennie. Taken 2 is the sequel to Taken (2008) (2008), which was based an original script by French filmmaker Luc Besson and American screenwriter Robert Mark Kamen who also wrote the screenplay for Taken 2. It is followed by Taken 3 (2014) (2015). Retracing the route that he memorized during his abduction, Bryan finds the house where Murad has taken Lenore. After shooting, knifing, and neck-snapping his way past 10 thugs, he discovers that Murad has moved Lennie. He follows them to the haman (Turkish bath) where he finally comes face-to-face with Murad. Holding Murad at gunpoint, Bryan asks whether Murad's other sons will seek revenge if he kills him. Murad confirms his suspicion. Wanting an end to the vendetta, Bryan gives Murad a choice—either walk away and end this or die here. Murad gives his word to end the vendetta, so Bryan drops his gun and begins to walk away. Immediately, Murad grabs the gun and tries to shoot Bryan in the back only to discover that the gun is empty. Bryan shows Murad the bullet, then pushes him against the wall, impaling him on a towel hook. He then tends to Lennie. In the final scene, which takes place three weeks later in Los Angeles, Kim passes her driving test, so Bryan takes her and Lennie to an ice cream parlor on the Malibu pier. The waitress brings them four milkshakes, puzzling Bryan until he sees Kim's boyfriend Jamie (Luke Grimes) walk in. When Kim asks her dad whether it is okay to have Jamie join then, Bryan lightens up and shakes Jamie's hand. "Don't shoot this one, Dad," Kim laughs. "I really like him." The unrated version is more than 6 minutes longer. But contrary to the first one, there are more differences that cut scenes to get the PG-13. It rather seems like the movie editors wanted to save running time. As a result, there are more plot elements in the unrated version and especially one thing: more walking . That means not everything is really noticeable and that footage is simply superfluous, that's for sure. Nevertheless, the violence is rougher now (there are the common differences like cuts, more harmless alternate footage, reducing the blood color, reducing or removing the sound of cracking bones) but it still doesn't reach the level of the first Taken. I became a huge fan of Liam Neeson after watching the film ‘Taken’. But to be honest, the sequel to this film was nothing compared to the first one. And the repetition of the storyline makes it even more boring. hp printer not connecting
One of the most frequent issues I face in the blog is the banner image in posts which is kind of random images that has nothing to do with the post in any manner. And also the file seems to be missing in this case. photo editing websites
